Issuers can define supported languages for a token and designate one as the default. Dynamic data, such as token names and descriptions, can be translated into all supported languages to enhance accessibility. Furthermore, users can personalize their experience by selecting their preferred language in their profiles, ensuring an intuitive and localized interface for all interactions.

Roles Management
The Root Admin can create and assign custom roles to enforce least-privilege access principles across user groups within the organization. For critical operations, such as transferring tokens from the issuer wallet, MINTORA supports the four-eyes principle at the token level. This added layer of security prevents misuse and ensures operational integrity.
IDM/IAM Integration
Identity and Access
MINTORO leverages a highly secure Identity and Access Management (IDM/IAM) solution for user authentication, role management, and access rights control. In future updates, issuers will be able to integrate their own IDM/IAM solutions via OpenID Connect (Identity Federation), providing enhanced flexibility.
Task Management
Efficient Workflows
Whenever a manual operation is required by an issuer user, MINTORO automatically
creates a task and links it to the operation. This ensures that both issuers and investors can always track pending tasks. To improve efficiency, time limits can be defined for specific manual operations. If a task is not completed within the set time frame, the system triggers alerts. These time limits, along with the ability to approve certain operations, can be customized at the role level to meet organizational needs.
Notification Service
Seamless Communication
MINTORO allows issuers to configure external notification services, such as Slack, Telegram,
or email, for streamlined communication. Issuers can specify which message template
(Markdown-based) and delivery service should be used for specific events. For example, issuers can customize the "Order Approved" event template and send notifications via their own SMTP account. Timely notifications are particularly critical for events like new tasks, ensuring the relevant user groups are immediately informed.
