All token purchase orders can be
accessed under the "Orders" section in the Issuer Portal. The data is displayed in a table format and can be sorted by status, date, or investor. The detailed view of a purchase order provides all relevant information about the associated token, offering, and payment. Open purchase orders can be approved, rejected, or canceled based on issuer decisions.

Issuers can set a threshold for token purchases, above which manual approval by an authorized staff member is required. When this condition is met, the staff receives a notification prompting them to approve or reject the order. If the order is rejected, the issuer can provide a reason for the decision. The investor is then automatically notified whether the purchase has been approved or declined, along with the given justification.

When an investor includes the payment reference provided by MINTORO, the system automatically matches the payment to the order during reconciliation. If the reference is missing or incorrect, the system suggests a match based on payment amount, name, and currency. Issuers can review and confirm the match before finalizing.
Order Token Delivery
Distribute Ordered Assets
This feature ensures the seamless and efficient delivery of tokens to investors once their purchase has been confirmed. After approval, tokens are automatically transferred to the investor's designated wallet, providing a smooth and secure transaction process. Issuers can monitor the delivery status through the platform, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the process.
